HELLO!

I am a senior product designer at Kaluza based in London, an energy software company and I have designed solutions to allow agents to solve customer queries efficiently. Previously I was a UX designer at Soldo a start-up expense management platform, I designed experiences for businesses to utilise digital spend management and for the company to adhere to FCA regulations.

My Journey So Far

Kaluza

Senior Product Designer

2023- Present

Kaluza Retail automates core operations for energy retailers to optimise the agent and customer experience.

Led the UX design for the first phase migration programme of our client’s 4 million customer accounts onto our platform. I am designing the payments journeys and experimenting with how AI can support our design team.

I executed the design and research for our customer care home, contracts and home moves services. Some of my projects include deprecating a legacy page, merged services and provided a visual guide for agents to meet compliance regulations.

2016-2019

Won the largest deal in company history with Red Bull through a stand at the Cannes Lions Festival. Collaborated with the product and design team to create bespoke products, supported the research team with customer observations, and provided insight to the UX & Tech team on product issues that were resulting in lost business.

Fudoshin Tattoos

Tattoo Apprentice

2012-2015

I worked under an artist specialising in Japanese tattoos, practising traditional-style designs from my own hand-drawn artwork and setting up machines. I also sketched and painted flash artwork and built relationships with long-standing customers.

Skills & Tools

Practised tattooing traditional style tattoos from my own hand drawn designs, sketched and painted flash artwork using watercolours, pencil, pen and studied script and lettering.

Other Interests

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and staying active. I love cooking from scratch and creating healthy dishes, recently developing a nut-free, school-friendly snack recipe. Travelling gives me fresh perspectives and inspiration, especially when exploring new cultures and art exhibitions. 

Fun fact, I was once a tattoo apprentice where I learned to tattoo my designs on different areas of the body, I reveled in sketching ideas and building rapport with customers.
