About me
Design thinking is at the core of my process. In my 6 years of experience as a UX and Product designer in SaaS, I use it to define the scope with product managers, investigate the technical capabilities with engineers and deliver value to the business.
I am a senior product designer at Kaluza based in London, an energy software company and I have designed solutions to allow agents to solve customer queries efficiently. Previously I was a UX designer at Soldo a start-up expense management platform, I designed experiences for businesses to utilise digital spend management and for the company to adhere to FCA regulations.

I take care in understanding the problems to solve, I advocate for user research and usability testing and take great pride in seeing designs validated through qualitative and quantitative data.

Kaluza
Kaluza Retail automates core operations for energy retailers to optimise the agent and customer experience.
Senior Product Designer
Led the UX design for the first phase migration programme of our client’s 4 million customer accounts onto our platform. I am leading the research and design for the service order tool.
I executed the design and research for our customer care home, contracts and home moves services. Some of my projects include deprecating a legacy page, merged services and provided a visual guide for agents to meet compliance regulations.

An expense management platform that serves over 25,000 companies.
UX Designer
Designed the user experience for onboarding, moving cards between funds, 2FA and reminders to prompt submitting expenses across our desktop platform.

Other interests
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and staying active. I love cooking from scratch and creating healthy dishes, recently developing a nut-free, school-friendly snack recipe. Travelling gives me fresh perspectives and inspiration, especially when exploring new cultures and art exhibitions.
Fun fact, I was once a tattoo apprentice where I learned to tattoo my designs on different areas of the body, I reveled in sketching ideas and building rapport with customers.
